The Garden Hills Play Field is a City of Atlanta public park maintained by the Garden Hills Pool and Park Association. The field can be reserved for special events.
Maximum rentals per group cannot exceed 14 hours per calendar week (to allow public access to park)
Maximum rentals cannot exceed 3 weekdays per calendar week (in total across all renters) and cannot exceed 6 hours per calendar week (in total across all renters) on those weekdays between 3:30pm & sunset during the months of August through May (to allow public access to park during the school year)

Parking Guidelines must be observed
Field Use is not permitted when the turf is wet (to prevent turf damage)
Rental Rate is $25 per hour with minimum 2 hour rental per reservation
A Security Deposit of $100 is required for all rentals (to ensure adherence to restrictions, removal of trash and protection of the turf)
Rental fees and Security Deposit must be paid to GHPPA in their entirety in order to reserve the PlayField.
Rentals may not be reserved more than three months in advance (to allow access to field by a variety of users)
Due to the pandemic, the City of Atlanta now requires all renters to file a Covid-19 Overlay Form. This form must be filed with the Department of Parks and Recreation before any rental can take place. The GHPPA will provide renters with access to the form in the rental packet, but it is the renter’s responsibility to file the completed form.
* Note that the Play Field is not available from sunset to sunrise.
